SIDCUP 2’s TEAM CONDUCT FOR SEASON 2014/15
Polo’s to be worn for home and away fixtures
The meet times will be posted on the website and also delivered to you after Thursday night training.
If we are traveling away and you are going direct, you must inform either Mark or Scott by Friday at the latest.
If you are told to be out on the pitch by a certain time before KO, make sure you are, that includes, physio treatment, head gear, gum shields, no excuses.
Warm up gear:
Only Sidcup colours are acceptable, to warm up in and for the match, at no point should any other colours be allowed. If you don’t have Sidcup colours, then buy it, borrow it.
During the game:
Back chat to the referee and supporters on the side line is unacceptable. Keeping the ref on side in these games is key to a successful season.
This season will see a lot of players push up to the ones, come down from the ones, come up from the threes and go down to the threes, that’s life, we have a lot of competition at the club this season, so busting a nut in training, away from training and on the pitch whoever you are playing for will be the difference in winning and losing. If things are not going our way during the game, all the bitching and moaning in the world is unlikely to change it, a strong belief and a hard working mentality will be the difference.
All kit must be put back in the kit bags. For example: Warm up tops, shirts and shorts, anyone found taking shorts home with them will pay for them.
Guys, if all the above are not carried out, fines will be implemented, we train hard and play hard together, and no one player is bigger than the team.
ENJOY, WIN and DRINK.
