PERFORMANCE MANAGER & PATHWAY MANAGER

We are pleased to announce two new roles in the senior management team.

Pete Grayson will become the “Performance Manager”.

Pete's role will specifically oversee the development of those players and will encompass performance areas such as S&C, analysis, individual skill development, individual development plans, as well as managing fundamental performance behaviours such as attendance, standards in training etc.

Nick Wilkinson will be the “Pathway Manager” role.

Nick's role will oversee very similar areas but will focus on supporting those players that are working towards being at the very top of the club and will no doubt involve a variety of players from 1XV-u18s and perhaps even u17s. The role is intended to help identify future 1XV regulars, giving them the extra bit of support they need to get there, and to support the transition of players from junior to senior rugby.
